The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade is a beacon for culture in the South Florida community. The Arsht Center’s advancement department approached us with the goal of revitalizing their membership enrollment to create a strong revenue arm for the center.
We needed to invigorate the current member base as well as educate the community on the value of supporting the arts. The solution: Be A Culturist.
By strategically branding members as Culturists, advocates for the arts and culture, we were able to empower them to take on a more active role including increase high value membership enrollment, referrals and propagate the brand message to the community. This integrated campaign has reached its constituents in a variety of ways including on-site experience management, marketing collateral, advertising, a dynamic website and more.
